The role
- Candidates will play a key role in the Cognos support department and be given real responsibility from day one.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer’s application and product issues.
- Providing quality 1st & 2nd line support via the telephone to Cognos customers in an effective, efficient and professional manner.
Skills
- Candidates should ideally speak French OR German (Dutch, Finnish, Spanish and Swedish are also desirable)
- Candidates must be technically astute and have the ability to pick up new technical skills and concepts.
- Product training will be provided.
- Candidates must be studying a Computer Science or Technology degree and ideally have experience in Windows and/or UNIX operating systems, Networking, Programming or Applications and be keen to develop.
