Architecture
The Decimal Suite is on an Oracle database. The application is fully available on the Web. We have currently built the metadata that enables the user to connect to our database without having to manage the Cognos Admin or Framework Manager.
Most of our tables are created in a complex folder to enable the merging of different data into a single folder. This ensures the validity of the data and simplifies the use of the data for the user.
