Mortgage Banking Business Intelligence
Aviana Global Technologies
Overview
Mortgage Banking Business Intelligence (MBBI) is a reporting solution that extends and enhances the reporting capabilities of Loan Origination System (LOS) software used by mortgage lenders. Although mortgage lending is a highly competitive, fast-paced business, many organizations still rely on static reports that offer little insight into current pipeline or trends that affect the health of the business.MBBI is a reporting solution, built using IBM Cognos ReportNet. It provides:
- Several standard mortgage reports.
- An executive dashboard that monitors trends and KPIs.
- A powerful reporting interface that allows non-technical users to create detailed, powerful ad-hoc reports.
MBBI overlays existing LOS software, and it draws data from a data mart that can be fed from any number of data sources or systems. The target market is mortgage lenders with annual sales of at least $50 million.
Benefits
- Instant visibility into critical KPIs and pipeline, customer satisfaction, and broker performance.
- Allows lenders to dramatically improve reporting without having to purchase and implement a new LOS package.
- Lessens reliance on IT for reporting.
- Allows non-technical users to create, save, format, and distribute custom reports on the fly.
