Overview
Acumetrics Business Intelligence has developed a Head Start solution for the CMS Software i5 ERP. It provides a IBM Cognos 8 BI framework model and OLAP models for sales, inventory, production, accounts receivable, balance sheet, and income statement. The framework model maps the ERP database and presents it to the user for easy reporting.
The ERP database tables and columns are identified using common business language. Table joins are defined, common calculations added, and the content is organized into performance subject areas. The OLAP models provide business analysis and reporting across a broad spectrum of business performance areas, with common measures and dimensions.
With Head Start, CMS i5 ERP clients have access to a turnkey BI solution that addresses multiple business areas.
