The Application Review Package
With the Application Review package, you can have Cognos experts "look under the hood" of your IBM Cognos PowerHouse application and target environment. They'll give you an expert opinion of your migration requirements, along with an assessment of how IBM Cognos Axiant can fit into your development environment. A written report at the end of the review will include a summary of migration issues that you'll need to address, along with comprehensive product and training requirements. You'll also receive a project road map that includes a sample project schedule.

Cognos Road Map
Designed to assist you at all stages of implementing our technology, the Cognos Road Map approach gives you the assurance you need as you embark on any complex and highly visible project. It's a step-by-step blueprint that spells out everything involved in the implementation process. It helps you reduce the risks and ensure success—right from the start. The Road Map breaks down a daunting process—full scale implementation—into manageable steps such as:

• Analysis and Design

• Construction

• Support and Implementation

• Training

We will work with you to choose the Road Map strategy that's right for you. Cognos can provide all these services, or your company may elect to assume some of these responsibilities itself, depending on your in-house resources.

The Cognos Services Partners Program
The Services Partner Program extends the capabilities of Cognos' own Consulting Services and ensures that our customers have easy access to qualified professionals who specialize in designing and developing with Cognos tools. Services Partners are primarily consulting companies and systems integrators that have a strong commitment to Cognos products. They are large and small companies, and they offer a range of services.

Note: All Services Partners have met strict criteria established by Cognos before being accepted into the program. They receive on-going support from Cognos to ensure that they maintain a high level of product expertise.
