Cognos Sets Record Attendance at
Forum 2005 User Conference

– Conference for IT and Finance professionals showcases customers, partners and products –

ORLANDO, FL, COGNOS FORUM, June 27, 2005— More than 2,000 attendees worldwide have gathered at Cognos Forum from June 27-30 to hear from leading industry analysts, Cognos customers, Cognos partners, and senior executives on the latest trends and innovations in business intelligence, enterprise planning, and corporate performance management (CPM).

The event, which has set a new record for attendance, is taking place in Orlando, Florida, and includes insightful case studies, several keynote sessions, technical how-tos, and hands-on labs to help attendees achieve maximum business performance with Cognos (NASDAQ: COGN; TSX: CSN), the world leader in business intelligence and CPM.
