Syngenta Selects Cognos ReportNetT for Enterprise Reporting
Leading European agribusiness replaces disparate solutions;
consolidates enterprise reporting with Cognos

After an exhaustive evaluation of reporting products from a variety of vendors, Syngenta Research & Technology function chose Cognos ReportNet for its open architecture, complete reporting coverage, and ability to easily author complex reports on scientific research data. As the company's reporting standard, Cognos ReportNet replaces a host of packaged and homegrown reporting systems that were creating an administrative burden on IT.
Cognos ReportNet will provide Syngenta with easy, intuitive authoring of unique reports that include complex chemical structure diagrams, allowing researchers to drive the creation of new crop protection products and new plant varieties.
