Cognos Completes Acquisition of Adaytum
Breakthrough acquisition gives Cognos leadership offerings in both Business Intelligence and Enterprise Performance Planning
OTTAWA, ON and BURLINGTON, MA, January 13, 2003Cognos (Nasdaq: COGN; TSX: CSN), the world leader in business intelligence (BI), today announced it has completed the acquisition of privately-held Adaytum, the global leader in enterprise performance planning (EPP).
