Cognos Announces Management Change
OTTAWA, ON, May 13, 2002—Cognos (Nasdaq: COGN; TSE: CSN), the world leader in business intelligence (BI), today announced the departure of Robert Courteau, senior vice president, worldwide field operations, from the Company. The departure was a mutual decision between Mr. Courteau and Cognos. Effective immediately, Cognos' worldwide field operations will now report directly to the president and chief operating officer, Rob Ashe.
