European Travel Giant Embraces Cognos® Series 7

Once implemented, Mobile employees at TUI will receive alerts on key performance indicators (KPIs) via e-mail-enabled digital cellular phone or PDA. Key business factors like booking rates, margin information, and customer issues will be monitored and delivered to the digital device of the user's choice.
