With more than two million wireless clients across Canada, TELUS Mobility needed a flexible, Web-based solution that would allow them to effectively use the enormous amounts of stored customer data, as well as monitor internal key performance indicators (KPI's). One of the largest user groups is sales and marketing, where TELUS Mobility employees use Cognos Impromptu, Impromptu Web Reports^®, PowerPlay Enterprise Server and PowerPlay^® to analyze and report on the profitability of marketing campaigns, as well as perform comparative analysis between campaigns.
