Bryan Hall

Bryan Hall has over 20 years of finance and accounting, systems and consulting experience in numerous industries. Previously, he served as managing director of the business transformation practice at Answerthink, The Hackett Group's parent company. Throughout his career, Mr. Hall's experience has focused on the transformation of the finance function through more effective planning, efficient process management and working capital management. Previously, Mr. Hall was a controller with United Parcel Service and the chief financial officer for a B2E software company.
Tom Willman
Program Leader, Enterprise Performance Management and Account-to-Report Advisory Programs

Mr. Willman has over 15 years of finance, accounting and consulting experience across numerous industries. His experience has focused on helping CFOs and senior Finance executives to transform their organizations through the deployment of more efficient and effective processes, service delivery models and enabling technologies. He spent 9 years with IBM Global Business Services and PwC Consulting and has several years of public accounting experience. Mr. Willman holds an MBA from Duke University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.
Joel Roques

Mr. Roques supervises all Hackett advisory programs in Europe. Before joining The Hackett Group, he spent 11 years as a partner in a global consulting firm, where he specialized in finance transformation, shared services implementation and change management. He previously worked for 10 years in several roles within the finance functions of petrochemical and civil engineering companies, both in France and the UK. Mr. Roques is an associate professor at the Ecole de Management de Bordeaux, where he teaches change management.
Peter Kokinakos

Peter Kokinakos is an Associate Partner and the Performance Management Lead in the Financial Management practice of IBM Global Business Services and is based in Sydney, Australia. He specialises in consulting with major clients in the area of integrated performance management working with them to facilitate continual improvement across their organisation. “To improve financial and operational performance, organisations must focus on providing the right information to the right people at the right time; to translate strategies into plans; monitor their execution and provide insight to all parts of the enterprise”, he explains. Peter recently joined IBM after 18 years at Cognos, where he was a key member of the executive team in the Asia Pacific region and the UK. In his time there, Peter played a pivotal role in establishing Cognos as the leading Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management company.
Roy Barden

Mr. Barden is Senior Advisor for The Hackett Group's Finance, Shared Services and Customer-to-Cash Programs in Europe. Before joining The Hackett Group, he spent over 10 years working as a director in management consulting, firms where he specialized in leading change within the support functions of global organizations, helping clients deliver both in-house and outsourced shared services. Previously, Mr. Barden spent 13 years in the finance functions of multinational firms in the paper and chemical industries based in the UK before becoming CFO of a multinational specialty chemical firm located in the Netherlands.
William (Bill) Marchionni

As a Senior Business Advisor in Hackett’s Finance Executive Advisory Program, Mr. Marchionni provides CFOs and other finance leaders with
insight and analysis gained during over 20 years of work in consulting and in the private sector. He has particular expertise in the
areas of revenue and cost management; working capital management; process reengineering; and strategic planning, forecasting and
analysis. Prior to joining The Hackett Group, Mr. Marchionni, a certified public accountant, served as CFO of a privately held
diversified consumer products company. Previously, he was vice president of finance for Atlanta Gas Light Company, a wholly owned
subsidiary of AGL Resources, a $1 billion publicly traded diversified energy company. In this role, he was responsible for the
financial operations of an $800 million business unit, including capital investments, revenue management, cost reduction
initiatives, strategic planning and financial analysis.
Dr. Fritz Roemer

In addition to his role leading the Enterprise Performance Management Executive Advisory Program, Dr. Roemer is a director in The Hackett Group’s Transformation Advisory Services. Before joining The Hackett Group, he was a senior finance executive and controller for 10 years at several companies in the pharmaceutical and service industries. Additionally, he has over a decade of experience working as a consultant in planning and performance management, helping senior executives improve their enterprise performance management in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer goods and engineering.
David Fincher

David Fincher is a Partner and the Financial Management practice leader in Australia & New Zealand for IBM Global Business Services. He has twenty years finance including sixteen years consulting experience in Europe, the US and Asia Pacific covering finance strategy, shared services, finance organisation design, performance management, costing, process design and finance systems across all industries. He specialises in consulting to CFOs on the changing role of finance and how finance can best support decision making in large organisations. David played a leading role in developing the themes and outcomes from the recent IBM Global CFO Study 2008 which interviewed over 1,200 CFOs in 79 countries including 76 participants in Australia and New Zealand.
