On the final day of Cognos Forum, attendees were treated to an inspiring address from The Radical Edge author Steve Farber. In his keynote address, Inspiration for Success, Farber shared strategies for how you can be a leader in transforming your organization. Whatever the challenge at your company, it all comes down to one thing: someone has to take accountability and lead the rest of the organization to success – and it doesn’t have to be the boss. True leadership is about the act of transformation and extreme leaders are those who are willing to act beyond their position or their title to change their piece of the world for the better in some way, shape, or form.
