Customer Support Assessment Centres: (Ottawa and Bracknell U.K.)
Qualified candidates who apply for a position as a Customer Support Technical Analyst may be invited to attend an upcoming Assessment Centre. With a combination of technical tests, group problem solving activities and individual aptitude appraisals, our Assessment Centre provides a challenging and fun environment for selected candidates to show their abilities and get an inside view of our award winning Customer Support organization.

Business Intelligence Analyst Program - Information Sessions
John Abbott College Centre for Continuing Education in Sainte Anne de Bellevue, Quebec is collaborating with Cognos, an IBM company to offer a unique Business Intelligence Analyst Program starting in mid-October, 2006. This first-of-its-kind program will include 10 months of full-time intensive training with Cognos software and a paid, 4-month work-term at Cognos or another company using Cognos products. Graduates will have an excellent possibility of permanent employment. Financial assistance is available in the form of a preferential loan.
